These bags are thin but do what they are supposed to. My dog is 20 pounds and her #2's are not big or heavy--so I do not need a heavy-duty bag. These are light weight and easy to put in a pocket or bag for traveling. You can see through it but again--it is just going in the trash and its holding what it supposed to--so I am pleased overall for a good value for something that is just going to be thrown away after use.
So as others have said,they're not thick, but theyre doggie bags. They do what they're meant to.
